G-Evox ("we", "our", or "us") is a fitness application developed and operated by G-Evox Fitness. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the G-Evox mobile application and website (gevoxfit.com). By using G-Evox, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We collect the following types of information: Account Information - Full name and display name - Email address - Date of birth and gender - Profile photo (optional) - Mobile and WhatsApp number (optional) Fitness and Health Data - Body weight, height, and BMI - Body measurements (chest, waist, hips, arms, etc.) - Workout sessions including exercises, sets, reps, and weights - Personal records and 1RM estimates - Daily step count and activity data - GPS route data from run and ride tracking - Muscle recovery status - Progress photos (stored privately — not visible to other users) - Food diary entries and calorie data Profile and Goal Data - Primary fitness goal (muscle build, fat loss, Hyrox, sport-specific, etc.) - Experience level, training mode, and equipment access - Training days per week and preferences Usage Data - App usage patterns and feature interactions - Device type, operating system, and app version - Crash reports and performance data Community Data - Posts, comments, and likes on the activity feed - Workout shares (if you choose to share) - Competition entries and leaderboard position - Friend connections and requests Payment Data - Subscription status and plan type - Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and RevenueCat. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

We use your data to: - Create and manage your account - Generate personalised AI training plans using your profile, goals, and equipment - Display your workout history, progress, and personal records - Calculate muscle recovery status based on training data - Track your daily steps and activity levels - Provide the community feed, competitions, and social features - Process subscription payments and verify premium access - Send push notifications for workout reminders and achievements (if enabled) - Improve the app through anonymised usage analytics - Respond to support requests and enquiries - Comply with legal obligations We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

G-Evox uses the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (Database and Authentication) Your account data, workout history, and health data are stored on Supabase servers. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant and uses industry-standard encryption. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy RevenueCat (Subscription Management) RevenueCat processes and manages in-app subscription purchases on Android and iOS. Privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy Stripe (Payment Processing) Stripe processes payments for premium subscriptions made via our website. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy Anthropic Claude API (AI Features) The AI coach and training plan generation features use Anthropic's Claude API. Prompts sent to Claude include your fitness profile and goals. Anthropic does not use API data to train their models. Privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy Expo and EAS (App Delivery) G-Evox is built with Expo. Expo may collect anonymised crash and performance data. Privacy policy: expo.dev/privacy Google (Authentication) If you sign in with Google, Google OAuth is used for authentication. We receive your name and email address only. Your data is stored on Supabase servers with the following protections: - All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL - Passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth - Progress photos are stored in a private storage bucket — they are not publicly accessible and can only be viewed by you - Row-level security (RLS) policies ensure users can only access their own data - We regularly review and update our security practices While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons. Anonymised and aggregated data (not linked to your identity) may be retained for analytical purposes.

G-Evox requests access to your device location only for the GPS run and ride tracking feature. Location data is: - Only collected when you actively start a GPS tracking session - Used to calculate distance, pace, and route maps - Stored as part of your activity history in your account - Never shared with other users without your explicit action - Never used for advertising or sold to third parties You can revoke location permissions at any time in your device settings. This will disable GPS tracking but will not affect other app features.

G-Evox collects sensitive health and fitness data including body weight, measurements, step counts, and workout history. This data is: - Used solely to provide the app's fitness tracking and planning features - Visible only to you — not shared with other users - Not shared with health insurance providers, employers, or advertisers - Stored securely with row-level security on our database On iOS devices, G-Evox may request access to Apple HealthKit to read step count data. We do not write data to HealthKit without your permission.

When you use community features, the following information may be visible to other users: - Your display name and profile photo (if set) - Workout activity posts you share to the feed - Competition leaderboard position and points total - Badges and achievement level The following is always private and never visible to other users: - Your email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number - Body weight, measurements, and progress photos - Detailed workout session data (unless you choose to share) - GPS route data You can control your sharing preferences in the app settings.

G-Evox is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@gevoxfit.com and we will delete the information promptly.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: Access: You can view all data we hold about you within the app (profile, workout history, body stats, etc.). Correction: You can update your personal information at any time through the Edit Profile screen. Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@gevoxfit.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Export: You can request a copy of your data by contacting us at support@gevoxfit.com. Withdrawal of Consent: You can withdraw consent for optional data collection (location, camera, notifications) at any time through your device settings. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

G-Evox may send push notifications for workout reminders, streak alerts, and achievement notifications. You can enable or disable notifications at any time through: - The G-Evox app settings (Notification Settings screen) - Your device operating system notification settings We do not send marketing messages via push notification without your explicit consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of G-Evox after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
